Constructed from the finest woods, these Windsor chairs are designed and crafted to be passed down through the generations.
About
Shawn Murphy, an accomplished craftsman, has been building chairs and
custom cabinetry in his one-man shop in Lebanon, Connecticut for over
20 years. His love for Windsor chairs began in 1998 when he enrolled in
his first chair making class. Ever since, he has been refining his craft
by the teachings of several top makers, reading books, studying antiques
and discussing Windsor chairs with other makers whenever possible. Shawn's
dedication to producing fine Windsors, one at a time, honor the tradition of
craftsmanship that has made these chairs true collectors' items.

You will find a wide variety of turnings for sale to make Windsor
chairs. There are several different styles of legs, stretchers back
posts and spindles to purchase. Please take a minute to browses to
see if there are any you like. If interested in purchasing, please
call or email me a list of the part numbers for my review. The turnings
can be purchased several different ways. Please go to the price list
to see what's right for you. Custom turnings are available upon request.
All turnings come in maple and some are available in cherry and oak in
limited quantities.
